About Us
A Touch of Paradise Country Club is the realisation of the desire of a group of English and Turkish businessmen to create an ideal leisure environment in an unspoilt bay on the west coast of Turkey overlooking the Aegean Sea.
The idea first arose during a meeting between one of the businessmen from each country during which they were discussing the possibilities for the overseas property market in Turkey. They soon realised that they both had a similar concept of what was required to satisfy the increasing demand in the UK for investment opportunities abroad as an alternative for the overheated Spain. These two men, David Joyce and Mesut Alkir, soon persuaded the other members of the partnership that the concept was a good one.
The three Englishmen involved, who had known each other for more than two years, got on a plane and went to Altinkum in Turkey where they met the Turkish family who have been constructing and selling villas and apartments in the area for nearly 30 years.
It was soon apparent that all of the people involved wanted to develop a top quality site without detracting from the beautiful natural environment and were all like minded about the facilities that are required to make a home from home.
A company was formed and the plot of land currently being developed was purchased, architects engaged and the whole process started.
The partners involved are:
Michael Scott - An estate agent and overseas property consultant with more than 26 years experience of the property market both in the UK and overseas.
Abdullah Koseoglu - The eldest brother with more than 30 years experience of construction in Turkey.
David Joyce - An overseas property agent with over ten year's experience of property deals on his own and on behalf of clients.
Suleyman Koseoglu - The second of the brothers, with extensive experience of the construction of villas and apartments in Turkey.
Gordon Clarke - A general manager with more than 30 years experience at senior level managing businesses and advising other businessmen.
Nazim Koseoglu - The third of the brothers, with experience of construction and operations of villa complexes in Turkey.
Umit Atabay - A family relative with experience and responsibility for the sales of the villas and apartments constructed by the brothers company.
Mesut Alkir - Another member of the family with 17 years experience of the travel industry in Turkey for a major British travel company.
Kerem Koseoglu - The youngest member of the family involved in the company who is also responsible for sales and customer care.
All of the partners are totally committed to developing "A Touch of Paradise" in Turkey in sympathy with the natural beauty of the selected site. |
